Assistant professor at the Institute of Materials Science of Textiles and Polymer Composites at the Faculty of Materials Technology and Textile Design of the Lodz University of Technology.

Head of the Laboratory of Tissue Engineering, Collagen and Biomimetics.

Trainer, social activist supporting women in science, certified project manager. Experienced in science policy and self-governance of early career researchers in Poland and at the European level.

 

Open Science Ambassador and expert for doctoral training. 

Research field:  biomaterials for use in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, in particular biopolymers and their processing, fibrous and porous materials, and 3D printing.

Academic entrepreneurship: one of the founders of the award-winning start-up myHYDRO offering textronic solutions for the medical sector.

Experience: Participant of several national and international projects and winner of several international awards. Manager of two international small applied grant of the European Institute of Technology and Innovation.

3. Project entitled Doctoral School - how is it done? The aim of the public action "Doctoral school - how is it done?" was primarily to develop in the doctoral community (understood as doctoral self-governments and representatives of doctoral industry agreements) a set of good practices in the field of functioning of doctoral schools.
